September 5, 1995 - The President of the United States
made a surprise visit to Simonian Farms of Fresno, California.
Pictured in the group photo is The Simonian Family with Mr.
Clinton (left to right) Ashley, Bonnie, Dennis, President
Clinton and Grandma Simonian. The President spent over an hour
enjoying the farm and expressing being impressed by Simonian's
more than 110 varieties of fruits, nuts and vegetables that
are produced and sold by the Family. He was particularly
interested in the vast antique and memorabilia collection in
their store and asked that they turn on the model railroad
which runs above head around the perimeter of the
store.
