Shipping & Returns

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours on business days, from Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm. However, please note that orders containing delicate or perishable items will not be shipped on Fridays. Instead, they will be shipped on the first Monday following receipt of the order to ensure product quality.
We utilize UPS as our primary carrier for order deliveries. Additionally, we offer the option for customers to pick up their orders in person at our store for added convenience.
If your order is assigned a tracking number by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with this tracking information. Please be aware that certain orders using 1st Class USPS mail may not include tracking numbers. It's important to note that we do not ship via USPS, and we do not accept orders shipped to PO boxes. A valid street address is required for shipping.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your products and your location. Before finalizing your order during checkout, you will see the cost of shipping, allowing you to make an informed decision. You can choose whether or not to proceed with your order based on the displayed shipping cost.
In the event that an item in your order goes on back order, we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. Once the back-ordered item becomes available, we will ship it to you without any additional shipping and handling charges. We will notify you via email or telephone and provide the option to substitute the item or offer you a partial refund.
To maintain the quality of certain products, we do not ship chocolate or yogurt-covered items when the local temperature exceeds 80 degrees Fahrenheit. This allows you to enjoy your treats without any concerns about melting during warm weather.
